Recently, Divine Perfections Love Outreach Foundation, INC. hosted a sleep over for some of their girls within thier organization and they invited me to come share details about the "Abstinence is Kool" movement. You know I jumped at the chance! It was only a matter of time before I planted the "A.I.K" seed here in the ATL! It was such a fun night! Check out some of the photos from the event.

BRANDY MAKES 2012 VERSION TO JANET JACKSON'S "LET'S WAIT AWHILE"

I remember being a little girl singing Janet Jackson's hit song, "Let's Wait While." I was too young to know what I was singing about then but now that I am older I always wished that someone would create a song with the same meaining today! Well my wish finally came true and Brandy is the one who granted it!!

The brand new Brandy Album "Two Eleven" came out this week and I truly LOVE IT!!!! I have a lot of favorite songs on this cd but my absolute favorite at the moment is a song called, "No Such Thing As Too Late." In the song Brandy talks about waiting to have sex until she is sure that love is within the relationship. In the song she sings:

"Just take a second, and listen
Cause I ain’t into laying with just anybody
Baby I ain’t trying to kill my body so soon
Let me know you’re worth it
Do you deserve a chance to touch, to feel my love

SING IT BRANDY!!!! I really love how throughout the song Brandy sings with confidence in knowing that if it's love you can take your time because as Brandy sings, "Love ain't got no where to go!" I have had the pleasure of interviewing Brandy several times throughout my career and she has ALWAYS been a beautiful spirit to be around. I wish her all the success in the world on her new album, "TWO ELEVEN" IN STORES NOW!!!

I HAD THE TIME OF MY LIFE SHARING THE A.I.K MOVEMENT WITH THE GIRLS IN CHICAGO!!! I was asked to speak at the "HOUSE OF HOPE" the place where GOD first layed the A.I.K movement on my heart. UNIQUELY YOU SUMMIT, INC.’s Becoming Who You Are! Series. UYS Founder & President Shaleah Laché Sutton, recently hosted an event with Grammy Award-Winning Actress and Rapper, Eve. Eve shared an “An Intimate Hour” with Philadelphia high school girls as she revealed her journey to self-discovery at the African American Museum in Philadelphia. The interview was conducted by News Anchor Lori Wilson NBC10, Philadelphia. Eve gave some very good advice to the girls in attendance!
