Ivory, 18 “Girls High”

Hey everyone my name is Ivory, I'm 18 years old and this is

my second year participating in the AIK pledge. Yes I am an AIK Alumni.

WHOOT WHOOT lol I didn't always practice abstinence, I actually let peer

pressure take over me. I honestly regret that, every day I wish I

could take It back. But that's life you have to learn from your

mistakes. Several months after I decided to be my own person, and

practice abstinence, I heard a commercial on the radio about how

Abstinence is kool, everyone isn’t having sex, and you are not alone.

I immediately emailed Kendra saying “I Believe that Abstinence Is kool

and I'M NOT DOING IT!!!!!!!!" Sept 19, 2008 was one of the best days of

my young life. That day I was relieved because I then knew that one day

I would meet other girls like me, girls that didn’t want to have sex

until they were emotionally and physically ready. I found friends that

can relate to me and will last a lifetime. :) SHOUT OUT TO MY AIK

SISTERS I LOVE YALL

I had a lot of friends that did not agree or support me

practicing abstinence. If they were my real friends they would have

supported my choices but instead they made me the joke they laughed

about every other day at lunch. I've had male friends that did not want

to have anything to do with me once I told them I wasn't having sex. I'm

in my senior year of high school and it is hard to find a prom date. I kept

hearing people say "you know what happens after prom right?!" That's

what makes me not want to go. But everyone does NOT have sex after

prom. After asking my favorite rapper Meek MIll aka MEEKY lol to attend

my prom and he told me he would let me know, I decided that I couldn't

wait around for my dream date. I found a young man that respects me

and my wish to practice Abstinence.  :)

Practicing abstinence has taught me to have confidence and

respect for myself. My mom always told me "Ivory you are a beautiful

young women and you don't need any man to tell you that. Men will tell

you anything to get some:" Being a normal teen, I wasn't trying to hear

anything she was saying but at the end of the day she was right. I

found out that most boys respect you more when you practice abstinence.

It shows that you respect yourself enough to not let any guy just come

and get some. I'm more focused on school now. Sex is one less thing on my

mind that I have to stress about. I'm now a positive role model for my

little sisters at Girls High School.

For all the young girls reading this, you’re not ALONE! We (the

abstinence is kool girls) stick together. Don't be afraid to

practice abstinence because you think your boyfriend will leave you. If

he likes/loves you and respects you he will support you 100%. Honestly

this pledge has been the only thing I have been really dedicated too. I

even convince a couple of my friends to join too.

I'm proud to be an Abstinence Is Kool GIRL!!!!!! And you become one should too :)

THANKS KENDRA FOR PROVING TO THE YOUNG GENERATION THAT EVERYONE IS NOT

HAVING SEX. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING THAT YOU'VE DONE. WE TRULY APPRECIATE

EVERYTHING THAT YOU DO FOR US. YOU’RE LIKE A SECOND SISTER TO ME. WE'RE

ONE BIG FAMILY YAYYYYYYYY :)

I am soooo glad I joined this movement because Im tired of being made fun of because I choose to keep my legs closed. At my school being a virgin is so vague that most of the girls really don't know who is a virgin and who's not. But our school is not up for giving condoms for safe sex. To them safe sex is NO sex at all. I would like to thank Kendra G for making me believe in myself and all the other young ladies out there who are virgins. Thanks for the support.

wow i jus want u to know thati am really proud of you for having the courage to do this ivory. i remember when you were in fitler such a long time ago we havent really kept in touch throughout the years but its great to know that there are still young ladies out there that know how to rise above peer pressure and the pressures of life. keep up the good work girlie

What i don't realize is actually how you are not actually much more well-liked than you may be now. You are very intelligent. You realize thus considerably relating to this subject, made me personally consider it from a lot of varied angles. Its like men and women aren't fascinated unless it’s one thing to do with Lady gaga! Your own stuffs great. Always maintain it up!gucci bags replica
